Job summary

Flourish in Leicester is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, qualify prospects, and build long-term client relationships. You will work across sales campaigns, manage outbound activity, and play a key role in hitting ambitious targets.

We offer a base salary of £30,000 plus an uncapped OTE of £30,000–£40,000, plus onboarding and clear career progression within a supportive team environment.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Contact potential customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate across the business to maximise opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
