Responsibilities
- Setting up new equipment for deployment.
- Correct handling and correct storage of equipment. This will include some manual handling including lifting and moving equipment and stock.
- Accurate recording of equipment information and movement tracking.
- Servicing returned equipment including minor repairs and fault finding.
- Handling of incoming surface mail.
- Maintaining the security, integrity and confidentiality of data and information to which they are provided access during the course of their work.
- Supporting staff with administration tasks.
- General office duties as directed by senior staff.
- Maintain an awareness and actively comply with the current Information Governance (IG) and Information Security (IS) standards and policies in force at Graphnet.
- Achieve the required standard when examined, following mandatory in house or role specific online training.
IT Skills
- Good IT skills including general use of Windows based PCs, the Internet and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.
- Familiarity with Android based products.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Well organised and presentable to customers.
- Able to talk with customers on the phone and face-to-face.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and within a team.
