Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in complex possession, housing judicial review, access, or anti-social behaviour injunctions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a caseload of litigation matters to a high standard.
• Provide legal advice on housing and public law litigation issues.
• Represent the Council in court and at tribunals.
• Draft and prepare legal documentation including pleadings and injunctions.
• Collaborate to ensure best practice and service delivery.
