Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience of locomotive or train maintenance.
• Experience in a Condition-Based Maintenance environment.
• Ability to drive Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety practices are followed by the team.
• Support analysis of RCM data for maintenance approach.
• Provide maintenance support ensuring high standards.
• Conduct investigations for incidents and defects.
• Develop fault-finding guides for staff.
• Analyze RCM data trends to influence reliability.
