Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our supported living service in Birmingham. This is an incredible opportunity to empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and associated needs to lead fulfilling lives while driving high standards of care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management for our supported living service.
  • Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain person‑centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
  • Take on the responsibility of Registered Manager for the service.
  • Expected to manage care hours over multiple sites, ensuring safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are adhered to.
  • Drive continuous improvement and address service shortfalls proactively.
  • Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.
