Flowlify Ltd is growing across the North East, and we’re looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our field sales team in Stockton, Darlington, and Hartlepool.

You will be speaking to small businesses — such as salons, barbers, garages, takeaways, restaurants, gyms and tradespeople — offering them our AI-powered customer assistant that helps them respond faster, capture missed enquiries, and increase bookings.

This role is commission-only, but realistic weekly earnings can meet or exceed National Minimum Wage for individuals who actively engage with local businesses.

No technical or sales experience required — full training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Visit businesses in your chosen area
• Introduce Flowlify’s AI automation service
• Use a simple script and our demo
• Sign up clients via an online form
• Report results in the sales tracker
• Work completely flexibly around your schedule

Earnings (Commission Only)

• £50 commission per sale
• 5% recurring monthly commission for each active client
• Weekly payouts
• Uncapped earning potential

Typical activity levels allow reps to earn the equivalent of National Minimum Wage or higher. Strong performers regularly earn £1,500–£2,000+ per month.

This meets DWP requirements for commission-only roles.
