Job summary

A leading fitness technology company is seeking a Production Assistant to support their fast-paced live production team. This role involves overseeing recording schedules, managing equipment, and assisting Instructors during filming. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in film or TV production is a plus. This position may require flexible working hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with talent management is beneficial.
• Experience working on film or TV sets is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as 'Guardian' for daily recording schedule and coordinate with Instructors.
• Check that all equipment is fully functional before filming.
• Assist in the planning and preparation for filming assignments.
• Monitor cues and time counts to Instructors and Guest Riders.
