This role offers the chance to work on complex, litigated motor fraud claims within a forward-thinking firm that prioritises flexibility, development, and quality work. The position operates on a hybrid basis, with just one day per week in the office, making it suitable for candidates based across Greater Manchester and beyond.
You will take ownership of a caseload of hourly rate, litigated, non-DA motor fraud matters, managing files from instruction through to conclusion. The role provides genuine autonomy, exposure to advocacy, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced fraud specialists.
This opportunity would suit a Litigation Executive with experience in defendant personal injury litigation, ideally within the insurance counter-fraud sector.
