We are seeking an experienced for a Litigation Executive for a 12-month fixed term contract for maternity cover with a possibility to extend. We receive approximately 300 EL / PL injury claims per year and the candidate, under the supervision of the General Counsel, will be expected to investigate and manage a portfolio personally injury claims and small claims.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of EL / PL claims and small claims.
  • Collect accurate information, and documents to be reviewed with the General Counsel.
  • Manage all administration aspects of the claim, ensuring that case notes, logs and diaries are completed on time and accurately.
  • Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company.
  • Managing cases from start to finish.
  • Liaise with Solicitors, Insurers and accident management companies.
  • This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake additional responsibilities as and when required.
  • Also, possibility to deal with other legal matters outside of claims as and when required.
