Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting or with literacy intervention is highly desirable.
• Understanding of phonics and the primary curriculum required.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group literacy sessions.
• Support struggling readers and writers using specific intervention strategies.
• Help plan and create engaging, multi-sensory activities to boost phonics and comprehension.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
