Job summary

Nuffield Health Farnham is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members safe and happy at our pool, spa, sauna and steam room. You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide ongoing training records.

The role is permanent, up to 40 hours per week, with a salary of £27,248 per annum dependent on contracted hours. We offer a benefits package including free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
