Job summary

Nuffield Health in Norwich is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members safe in our pool and wellness facilities. You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records, delivering excellent customer care and teamwork.

The role is part-time, 16 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a pro rata salary of £26,707.20. Join us to support safe swimming, respond to incidents quickly, and contribute to a welcoming, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Able to provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
