Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Lifeguard for Medway FWC to ensure pool and facility safety and high-quality member support. This fixed-term, part-time role requires a valid NPLQ or equivalent and training records. You'll provide a welcoming, professional environment and contribute to a healthy, safe member experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities—the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you're able to provide ongoing training records. As a Lifeguard, you will:
