Job summary

Nuffield Health in West Byfleet is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members and visitors safe in our wet side facilities, including the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The role is part-time on a permanent contract.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent, bring enthusiasm and strong customer care, and work as part of a friendly team. The role offers pro rata salary of £27,248 for 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Able to provide training records.
• Strong customer care and team player.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe when using swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away

• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
