Job summary

Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Lifeguard for our Romford gym. The role involves monitoring the pool area and facilities to ensure member safety, delivering excellent customer care and working as part of a supportive team.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent, with training records up to date, and bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team. This is a permanent, part-time position with a pro-rata salary.

Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to provide training records.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy in pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:
