Job summary

Nuffield Health Northampton FWC is seeking a Lifeguard (part-time, fixed-term). You’ll help keep members safe and happy in our pool, spa, sauna and steam room, with 8 hours per week and pro rata pay up to £26,707.20 depending on skills and experience.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide training records. A positive, team-spirited approach and commitment to customer care are essential.

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room

• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
