Job summary

Nuffield Health Ilford FWC is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep our members safe and happy across our pool and wellness facilities. The role offers a permanent part-time contract with a pro rata salary of £27,248 for 16 hours per week, and provides opportunities to develop skills within a supportive team environment.

You will hold an NPLQ or equivalent and maintain training records. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude and teamwork in delivering exceptional customer care.

• Provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using wet side facilities — swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you're able to provide ongoing training records.
