Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Huddersfield

Salary : £85–£95 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract : Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Permanent

Location : Primary Schools across Huddersfield

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our partner schools in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity to support childrens' learning and development in a range of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Deliver small group interventions and 1 : 1 support, including phonics, literacy, and numeracy.
  • Assist in preparing resources and setting up classroom activities.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and help implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among pupils.
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting (essential).
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and behaviour management strategies.
