Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and supervise your team within the room.
• Ensure daily routines are followed and the team works cohesively.
• Deliver a play-based EYFS curriculum that supports the development and well‑being of all children.
• Plan, observe, and assess children's progress, keeping accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment, following nursery policies and procedures.
• Report any concerns regarding children, staff, or the environment to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).

Hours and Salary

Our settings are open 7:30am until 6:30pm, 52 weeks per year, 4 full days 7:30am‑6:30pm. Salary: £14.50 per hour.
