Job summary

Excis is seeking a Level 2 Field Engineer to deliver onsite and deskside IT support across hardware, software and network environments in the UK. You will diagnose end-user issues, configure imaging, support meeting rooms and data center activities, and maintain service continuity in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

The role requires strong customer-facing communication, 3+ years of onsite IT experience, and fluency in English with local language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of onsite IT support experience.
• Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Experience with AV equipment and meeting room setup.
• Excellent English and local language proficiency; strong customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite and deskside support for end-user issues.
• Build and configure images for customer PCs.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
• Provide smart hands for data center equipment and cable management.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with technical teams.
