Job summary

Excis is recruiting an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on hardware and software support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. You will manage IT assets, handle imaging and deployments, and assist new hires in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will provide excellent user support, resolve incidents efficiently, and collaborate with teams to ensure policy compliance and smooth operations across global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac desktop environments (laptops, desktops, mobile).
• Experience imaging Windows devices, deploying software, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with printer installation and support, and resolving peripheral issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, including imaging and software installation.
• Manage IT assets, deployments, repairs, and inventory reporting; support asset tagging and disposal.
• Deliver responsive user support, manage incidents, onboard new hires, and provide AV support as needed.
