This role focuses on handling warm inbound enquiries, guiding customers through the booking process, and delivering a friendly, confident customer experience from first contact to move-in, with opportunities to grow as sites expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, leasing, BTR or property-based customer service.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, live chat and messaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email and social
• Guide customers through the full lettings/booking process with clarity and confidence
• Convert enquiries into reservations and upsell to maximise revenue
• Deliver a friendly, human, helpful experience from first contact to move-in
• Keep CRM records accurate and fully updated
• Work closely with on-site teams to deliver a seamless move-in
