Confidential in Stockport is seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join a growing team. You will be the calm, capable voice behind a busy operation, handling enquiries, scheduling viewings and guiding applicants through tenancy processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Strong accuracy in managing listings and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy processes and Right to Rent is a plus.
• Willingness to learn compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails that automation cannot resolve.
• Manage viewing calendars and consultants' diaries.
• Guide prospects through applications, referencing and tenancy sign-off.
• Oversee referencing SLAs with third-party partner to keep move-ins on track.
• Refresh listings with imagery, EPCs, council tax bands, pricing and descriptions.
• Provide resident support through touch-base calls and admin.
• Keep CRM records up to date; log inquiries and statuses.
• Provide pricing insights, objections, viewing trends and resident experience feedback.
