The People Pod in Stockport is hiring a Lettings Coordinator to support a growing rented housing operation. You’ll handle enquiries, book viewings, manage calendars, and guide applicants through applications, referencing, Right to Rent, and tenancy sign‑off.

You’ll refresh property listings, oversee SLA with a third‑party partner, log CRM updates, and provide resident support. The role requires strong communication, organisation and a calm, service‑minded approach, with opportunity to grow as

Qualificações

• Lettings or property experience - agency, BTR, coordination, resident services or hospitality.
• Strong communication across phone, WhatsApp and email.
• CRM confidence and comfort with modern systems.
• Accuracy and organisation - listings, details and deadlines matter.
• Understanding of lettings compliance or willingness to learn.
• Calm, service-first mindset with the ability to handle variety and change.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting enquiries that automation can't resolve - WhatsApp, calls, emails, booking viewings and sending property details.
• Managing viewing calendars and keeping consultants' diaries accurate.
• Guiding prospects through applications, referencing, Right to Rent and tenancy sign-off.
• Overseeing referencing SLAs with our third-party partner to keep move-ins on track.
• Refreshing listings with accurate imagery, EPCs, council tax bands, pricing and descriptions.
• Providing resident support through touch-base calls and general admin as the role grows.
• Keeping CRM records tight - logging enquiries, updating statuses and ensuring no lead goes cold.
• Feeding back insights on pricing, objections, viewing trends and resident experience.

Our client is a fast‑growing rental housing owner building a brand‑new leasing and resident support function from the ground up. They're investing heavily and creating modern rental communities across both single‑family homes and multi‑family apartments.

You become the human support layer behind a modern, automated leasing journey. You're the person prospects, residents and leasing consultants turn to when they want real help, not a bot. It's a varied, people‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication and keeping a process moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
