Stockport Nub News is seeking a Lettings Coordinator in Stockport to join a fast-growing rental housing owner building a new leasing and resident support function.

The role involves handling enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email, managing viewing calendars, guiding applicants through references and Right to Rent, updating listings, and delivering resident support as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Lettings or property experience required (agency, BTR, resident services or hospitality).
• Excellent communication across phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Strong CRM confidence and ability to use modern systems.
• High accuracy with listings, details and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries that automation can't resolve via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Manage viewing calendars and diaries.
• Guide prospects through applications, referencing, Right to Rent and sign-off.
• Oversee referencing SLAs with third-party partner.
• Refresh listings with imagery, EPCs, council tax bands, pricing and descriptions.
• Provide resident support and general admin as the role grows.
• Keep CRM records up-to-date and ensure no lead goes cold.
• Share pricing, objections and viewing trends insights.
