An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Coordinator to join a well‑established property management firm specialising in real estate and asset management services providing tailored solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.

As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be providing essential administrative and coordination support to the property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day estate management functions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to property managers in a fast‑paced environment
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident and client enquiries
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for maintenance and compliance‑related works
  • Liaise with contractors to arrange site visits, coordinate access, and follow up on completed works
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, risk assessments, and property documentation
  • Update property portals with approved notices and communications
  • Monitor central email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and delegation of queries
  • Produce and distribute client reports in line with set deadlines
Qualifications
  • Previously worked in a similar role (Property Coordinator, Lettings Coordinator, Tenancy Administrator, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service approach with a friendly, professional manner
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Highly organised and self‑motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable managing a busy workload and meeting deadlines under pressure
