Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*-C).
  • Professional qualification in lettings or housing, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within housing or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of the Private Rented Sector.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential tenants.
  • Manage the administration of the lettings cycle.
  • Support tenants through the sign-up process.
  • Keep property listings up to date on various portals.
