Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Lettings Branch Manager to lead the lettings team, drive KPIs, and grow the branch with uncapped commission. The role offers a company car or car allowance, extensive training, and generous annual leave.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and generate new business while upholding outstanding customer service and compliance with letting regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
• Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPIs and drive performance.
• Monitor and assess individual team member performance including one-to-one meetings.
• Encourage development and progression within the team.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.

  Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
  • The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
  • The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
