Job summary

haart Estate Agents is seeking an ambitious Lettings Branch Manager in Ealing to lead a busy lettings team, drive performance, and build strong client relationships with landlords and tenants.

You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, and focus on generating new business while upholding high compliance standards. A company car and uncapped commission accompany a strong OTE package.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Ability to lead a team and drive KPI performance
• Strong client relationship skills with landlords and tenants
• Ability to develop and implement business plans for the branch
• Ability to monitor local competition and adapt strategy
• Solid understanding of current lettings legislation
• Ability to manage high volume workloads and deadlines
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional presentation
• Proficient with basic IT tools (Microsoft Office)

• Lead daily lettings team meetings and set clear targets
• Coach team to achieve KPI performance and provide feedback
• Monitor individual performance and conduct regular one-to-one reviews
• Encourage development and progression within the team
• Drive new and repeat business through strong landlord/tenant relations
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate viewings with tenants to meet needs
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management

A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills Of a Lettings Branch Manager

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
• Attention to detail
