haart Estate Agents is seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead the Harlow office, grow the lettings pipeline, and drive high performance across the team. You will coach staff, secure new business, and maintain excellent landlord and tenant relations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation related to Residential Lettings.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-volume workloads.
• Proactive leadership to coach and develop a team.
• Commitment to high standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lettings team meetings and drive performance against KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct one-to-one reviews.
• Generate new business and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange property viewings and negotiate offers to secure tenancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Complete on-target earnings of £50,000-£70,000
• £22,000 to £32,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
• £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

• Full time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-5pm every other Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Harlow:

• Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch

• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service

• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
