Responsibilities

• Keep our clubs running like a well-oiled machine and deliver excellent customer service to members.
• Work alongside the Leisure Club Manager to maintain efficient processes and high standards of operations.
• Motivate and lead teams to push boundaries and deliver seamless operations and a passion for fitness.
• Be super organised and able to multi-task to cover key areas from the poolside to the gym floor.
• Help members perform to their maximum potential and support team members in developing their careers in the fast-paced fitness industry.
• Maintain a supportive environment where colleagues feel backed and valued.

• Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations.
