A local academy in Gloucester is seeking a Leisure Attendant to ensure the safety and satisfaction of users of its facilities after school hours. This position involves providing a positive experience for visitors through effective customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The hours can be flexible, making it suitable for those who require adaptability in their work schedules. The role is casual, with competitive hourly pay.

To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Leisure Attendant who will ensure the safety of those using or hiring the academy’s facilities outside of school hours. We hire the Academy’s Sports Hall, MUGA, Classrooms and Canteen (no catering) to a range of customers from the local community. The Leisure Attendant will provide all visitors with a friendly and positive experience delivering effective customer service and maintaining safe and efficient facilities through supervision and high standards of housekeeping.
Hours per week can be flexible. Our facilities open around 5pm and close at 9pm on weekdays. We also open for daytime bookings during the school holidays. Our opening hours are dependent on bookings, so can vary. The hours per week can be discussed at interview.
