They are looking for a knowledgeable Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in the West Midlands. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills as you will be discussing technical matters directly with clients, it would also be beneficial to hold some level of plumbing knowledge / experience. Experience / Qualifications

• Must be competent in undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems
• Qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• It is desirable that candidates will have experience working on more complex systems, such as cooling towers and process systems
• Fully versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Strong literacy and IT proficiency
• Excellent client-facing manner
• Flexible to adapt to client requirements

The Role

• Carrying out thorough Legionella Risk Assessments on water systems across client sites
• Producing bespoke reports, including detailed schematic drawings and technical recommendations
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Meeting clients on site to discuss report findings
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Ensuring to work in accordance with safety guidelines
• Maintaining personal industry knowledge
• Training and supporting new members of staff
