A reputable law firm in Nuneaton seeks a Legal Support Assistant to join their expanding residential conveyancing team. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage diary tasks efficiently. Candidates will handle initial inquiries from clients and estate agents, maintain CRM systems, and ensure timely communication. Willsons Solicitors have an enviable reputation and have a wonderful team of 40 + staff across their departments in Family, Care, Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Commercial Law.
Due to the continued expansion of our residential conveyancing team, Willsons have a number of opportunities available particularly within their New Business department.
The role requires accuracy and exceptional customer service attitude and skills. The role involves speaking to clients who wish to instruct Willson's solicitors to deal with their sale or purchases and guide them through the initial process of completing forms, undertaking AML checks and dealing with matters in a timely manner to get matters up and running quickly for the client.
This will benefit individuals who are organised in their thought processes and able to diarise tasks to ensure that the process is proactive rather than reactive throughout.
This is a growing department which may have opportunities in the future for leading and developing a team.
