Legal Secretary - Private Client

Location: Cranleigh - Free Parking

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 - Plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, pension, medical insurance and life insurance, and more.

Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) (Full office based)

Overview

Our client is a well-established law firm based in Surrey, renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional legal services within the Private Client sector. They pride themselves on their friendly yet professional approach, fostering a collaborative and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely documents and correspondence via audio dictation
  • Maintain comprehensive and organised client administration files
  • Assistance with Reception duties which will include meeting and greeting clients, and arranging meeting room bookings
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, (preferably in a private client setting)
  • Strong secretarial and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in audio transcription and fast, accurate typing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A friendly and professional demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software
  • Familiarity with case management systems
  • Previous experience in a similar legal environment
