I’m representing a small, highly regarded legal search business that specialises in placing Associates into top-tier law firms — including Magic Circle, Silver Circle, and leading US firms.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, ego-free environment where consultants share clients and work together rather than compete. From day one, you’ll have unrestricted access to the firm’s entire client base, supported by a dedicated research function to help you focus on what you do best — building relationships and making high-quality placements.

The team is mature, professional, and delivery-focused, without unnecessary KPIs or micromanagement. The culture suits recruiters who value autonomy and want to work in a genuinely supportive setting.
