As the go-to support for a group of high-performing fee earners, you’ll be at the heart of the action, keeping workflows running seamlessly, handling sensitive client matters with confidence, and helping the team produce exceptional work for overseas healthcare regulators, government bodies and global private-sector organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Proven PA experience within a legal, professional services or similarly structured, high-performance environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and communications with professionalism and cultural awareness.
  • Coordinate complex diaries, travel logistics, itineraries and international meeting schedules.
  • Support the creation of compelling pitch documents, presentations and tender submissions for global projects.
  • Assist in organising internal and external events, training sessions and high-impact client briefings.
  • Oversee team inboxes, prepare polished draft responses and manage day-to-day correspondence.
  • Provide seamless cross-team support to ensure balanced workloads and smooth delivery.
  • Play a key role in billing processes, preparing accurate invoices for international matters.
  • Manage expenses, payments and a variety of financial administration tasks.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, information security and data protection.
Requirements
  • Proven PA experience within a legal, professional services or similarly structured, high-performance environment.
