Job description
The role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Legal Engineer to join our growing Legal Engineering Accelerator Team. Legal Engineers deliver challenging client-facing projects using tools and skills to unlock new value efficiencies and insights.

What will you do

Take an active role in the end-to-end design planning and delivery of client projects including gathering and analysing requirements assessing solution options and developing innovative practical outcomes. This will include supporting the rollout of agents such as our NDA agent to clients completing testing phases and assisting with service set-up to ensure seamless service delivery.

Undertake a variety of project-related tasks to support lawyers with the delivery of legal matters such as data extraction and analysis report building and manual review of outputs from data-driven solutions. Our consultancy projects could also include tasks such as process mapping and market analysis.

Work alongside colleagues in our technical squads to support delivery of technical solutions to clients helping to bridge the gap between our technical squads and client legal teams.

Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in applying your skills to a range of internal legal operations projects applying legal engineering skills to deliver improvements to our internal processes and tools.

What we are looking for
  • Has a degree equivalent qualification or relatable work experience.
  • Has 2 years of experience of working in the legal sector and experience of working with legal or other business professionals.
  • Has experience of working with data and / or technology.
  • Thrives in a team environment wants to be part of a diverse and inclusive team and has great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Can multitask and is proactive when it comes to projects; displays a willingness to understand the clients business needs in depth.
  • Has excellent stakeholder management skills and can communicate advanced concepts clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Has a real willingness to learn using your creative initiative!
