Qualifications

• You’re a UK-qualified solicitor with around 3 years PQE for the role.
• You’ve trained at a reputable law firm or in-house, ideally with tech or VC backgrounds.
• Experience in M&A, commercial contracts, or disputes is solid.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of commercial agreements from partnerships to SaaS contracts.
• Support corporate transactions and provide insights on business evolution.
• Assist the payments function with financial regulation compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams from customer service to C-Suite.
• Proactively solve complex legal issues.
