You’ll work closely with their founders, C‑suite and key stakeholders to drive business growth, deliver strategic legal advice and manage complex transactions.

You will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and strategic matters, supporting key stakeholders, product owners, and teams across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Co‑Founders, Board, C‑Suite, and CFO, you will guide the company through major corporate transactions such as capital raises, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and IPO readiness. You will lead commercial matters from inception to completion, ensuring that all deals are aligned with the technical requirements and business goals.
In this role, you will also oversee the execution of commercial transactions and supervise junior lawyers. You will engage directly with investors, offering support across various corporate workstreams, and play a key role in scaling the legal team by developing standard agreements and improving contract negotiation processes. Additionally, you will resolve issues that arise in existing commercial deals, providing pragmatic, solutions‑focused legal advice to help the business navigate challenges.
