The Opportunity

The Role
  • Report directly to the Head of Legal.
  • Broad remit including:
    • Commercial contracts (licensing, operational agreements, NDAs, farm-in/farm-out)
    • Business development support
    • Dispute resolution and financing matters
    • Employment issues
    • Company secretarial support and governance
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management and collaborate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise on compliance and manage legal risks across regional and country-specific operations.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' PQE, ideally with in-house experience.
  • Energy sector background preferred.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially astute, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
