Description

We are a fast-paced, supportive global legal team that works closely across regions. Our goal is to help adm-Indicia achieve its strategic aims, manage risk, and support revenue growth. Day-to-day, we provide legal advice; negotiate supplier and client contracts; manage corporate structures; handle company secretarial, data protection, insurance, and contentious matters; and ensure strong governance across the business. Growth and long-term sustainability are central to our approach. We are seeking a talented, ambitious lawyer with 4–6 years’ experience to join our Global Legal Team. This is a broad in-house role in a fast-growing company, offering exposure to all areas that require legal input. You’ll work with a team based across the UK, India, the US and Switzerland, supporting all regions.

Responsibilities

What We Do

  • Commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs)
  • Contract queries and disputes
  • Corporate compliance and policies
  • Company secretarial matters
  • Intellectual property
  • Insurance
  • Data protection
  • General commercial and corporate legal advice

What You’ll Do

  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Support contentious matters and proceedings
  • Assist with corporate projects and M&A
  • Draft and update internal policies
  • Contribute to group insurance matters and renewals
  • Monitor legal budgets and manage legal fee invoices
  • Support wider legal projects, ensuring compliance and sharing best practices
  • Improve legal processes, templates and tools
  • Work closely with teams in Europe, Asia and the US
Skills and Experience
  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and experience as a Legal Counsel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial law experience (private practice and/or in-house)
  • Ability to draft clear, commercially focused documents
  • Corporate/M&A experience is helpful
  • Strong communication, organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Solutions-focused, proactive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Fluent English and strong Microsoft Office skills
