Qualifications

• Experience in a regulatory and/or infrastructure legal environment, ideally in major projects or the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and experience with regulators, especially Ofgem.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Advise on SZC's complex arrangements including economic licence and debt arrangements.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance legal team capability.
• Translate legal requirements into practical guidance for compliance.
