A growing Legal firm is seeking an administrative assistant for their wills and probate team in Malton. Overview

Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Legal firm working within the wills and probate team.

This is a permanent Full-time position working 9-5pm Monday-Friday from their office based in Malton.

Responsibilities
  • A high level of administrative support to Legal Advisors
  • Preparing correspondence and documents which could include audio and copy typing.
  • Appointment setting and diary management.
  • Prepare invoices and accounts documentation.
  • Maintain and prepare file reviews.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a Legal environment
  • Working knowledge of IT systems
  • Comfortable dealing with telephone enquiries and accurate data input
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Experience in Audio and copy typing desirable.
