You’ll be able to support, motivate and empathise with learners including monitoring their progress, be receptive to new ideas and initiatives with a creative approach to problem solving and be able to use new technologies to enhance teaching and learning. You’ll have high personal standards and expectations with good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail.
