Key Responsibilities
  • To teach and assess learning on a range of courses, including 16‑19 and adult learners, from entry level to level 3, covering college‑based qualifications and workforce development.
  • To work effectively as a member of the team, liaising with the Senior Curriculum Manager and all colleagues in the College.
  • To take an active role in own professional development in all aspects of the role.
  • To have experience of online or blended teaching/learning.
  • To teach across multiple sites.
Who You Are
  • With a relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards this).
  • Proven experience of teaching and preparing relevant materials.
  • Aware of the pastoral and academic needs of students from a variety of backgrounds and committed to inclusive education.
  • Experience of working with Apprenticeship standards is desirable.
