Position Overview

As part of its continuing expansion, University College London (UCL) seeks to appoint Lecturers in the UCL School of Management within Strategy & Entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will need to evidence the following in their application:

Qualifications
  • A PhD in Strategy & Entrepreneurship or a related field
  • Capability to produce publications, or other research outputs, at an internationally significant standard in terms of originality, significance and rigour
  • The capability of successful supervision and mentoring of graduate students and research staff
  • Experience of teaching or of programme and course development
  • Commitment to academic research and continuing personal development
About the School

The UCL School of Management is home to UCL's business and management research and education programmes. The School has forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics, and entrepreneurship. Responsibilities

The post holders will be expected to carry out research in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and produce publications, or other research outputs, at an internationally significant standard in terms of originality, significance and rigour, in line with personal and School objectives agreed in the Staff Review and School planning processes. The starting date for this post will be 01 September 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. Competitive salary (includes Market Supplements on top of basic salary listed above).
