We have an exciting opportunity for an Agriculture Lecturer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at our Brooksby college. In this role, you will use your expertise to inspire the next generation of agricultural professionals—helping students understand not just how things are done, but the vital why behind modern agricultural practice. Your teaching will directly contribute to shaping the future of a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. As an Agriculture Lecturer, you will deliver teaching across the full breadth of our department's provision, with particular focus on crops, machinery, and estate skills. Whether you're currently working within the agricultural sector and seeking your first teaching opportunity, or already have experience in education, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for innovation—bringing fresh ideas and emerging technologies into the learning environment. With an extensive 850‑acre estate, including a mixed‑use livestock and arable farm, Brooksby College offers an exceptional practical setting.
