Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Proven sales experience with targets.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Plans daily activities to achieve leasing targets.
• Converts leads into viewing appointments and bookings.
• Updates data capture systems with contact details promptly.
• Welcomes on-site inquiries with exceptional service.
• Handles documentation, contracts and payments.
• Conducts scheduled resident unit visits and inspections.
• Responds to online and email inquiries professionally.
• Supports cross-selling and community events.
• Ensures safety and compliance in daily tasks.
