SUMMARY:

Works with the Sales Manager as a part of a Leasing Team. Conducts activities related to apartment rentals, including apartment tours, leasing activities, maintaining good customer relations with prospective clients, and engagement with the renewal process in order to achieve maximum occupancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Embody the Maximus Sales Culture
  • Work within their Sales Team to deliver sales objectives.
  • Own the leasing pipeline for a designated portion of the Portfolio.
  • Provide a support system for the Sales Manager and guidance for Leasing Admins.
  • Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily. Validate workflow in CRM.
  • Complete unit walks to ensure that inventory is available to show.
  • Conduct outreach activities to engage with current residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills, sales operations and attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and demeanor.
  • Ability to use and understand Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the Internet at an intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of the Yardi program preferred.
  • Ability to function effectively in a customer service and sales-oriented environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma.

· 2 years of Sales experience.

· Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.

· Experience in the Multi-family housing industry preferred.

· Experience with Fair Housing preferred.

· Experience with 300 or more units preferred.
